Ahhh… the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, boating in your own private vessel over to a sunny island in – that can’t be right. Oxfordshire? If we go to this island will Jeremy Beadle jump out?
Goodness gracious. This idyllic luxury location sleeps 16 or more guests. This island complex has 5 bedrooms including 17 beds and 4 bathrooms. You are in the centre of a group of lakes where you reside in luxury’s lap. We’re desperate to look at the features so let’s jump in.

This house is so well situated and gorgeous that it is bound to be a fantastic experience. It comes with ground rules though.
You can fish here but the fishing must be in the outer parts of the lake, where they have permission to fish. This excellent house comes with full use of the ground floor and all the outdoor spaces. There are two other rooms upstairs which might be occupied from April to November. Outside of these times, these rooms are hireable. Water sports are booked on the lake next door. Nobody wants to be sideswiped by a jet ski while they are drinking their morning coffee.
Please do not attempt to drink the lake (genuine owner advice). If you must do it, then please boil it first.
