- You are advised to wear sensible, warm clothing – the activity is based in an underground cavern where the temperature is approximately 8 degrees Celsius
- Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery and scarves must be removed
- Skirts are not recommended
- No open toe shoes, flip flops, sandals or walking boots will be permitted – trainers are the ideal footwear choice for this experience
