Exceptional
Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great with plenty free parking. Room was really nice, clean, comfortable and a good size. The view of Alnwick Castle from the room was amazing. The food for dinner and breakfast was very nice.
Superb
Lovely location. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated room. There was an interconnecting door between us and the room next door which was shut but let the noise through so we could hear their conversations/TV, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.

Spotless everywhere. Staff all superb. The food was goid quality and our room very comfortable with wonderful touches of luxury.
