Kitchen was well equipped, everything we could wish for. Parking easy in the car park behind. We ate in the Catch restaurant below where we were given 10% off being residents. Would definitely return.”

“Beautiful setting, peaceful and plenty of quiet walks nearby. Welcome basket of fresh milk, fresh eggs, biscuits and coffee sachets was great. Douglas was comfortable for my stay as a solo guest. Log burner was tricky as someone who has never used one before but it got warm enough from cooking. It is a basic conversion with some attention needed- particularly as the read step was down there were large gaps were the cold and wind got in. I would recommend for a short stay and would return in warmer months.”
