Location superb, ready access from inside and outside the city. Fantastic location beside Lime St rail station and shopping/multiple choices of restaurants (or pubs) very close. Open plan entrance & reception area. Lovely seating area outside. Excellent adjoining bar, and great happy hour. Breakfast choice excellent, lovely dining room opening to street. Breakfast staff excellent in terms of efficiency and service. Chefs nice. Rooms slightly small but comfortable. Cleaning daily excellent. Reception staff very friendly and efficient, mentioning Lily and Danielle specifically for their good nature and help when needed.
