Excellent hotel in a lovely place
Very friendly and welcoming staff,the room was clean and everything in it we needed.We booked an evening meal and everything we had was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning.
Perfect short break in quiet location, the area is simply beautiful
We had a two night stay , small dog with us, the pub is great, good food, nice room. The walk to the waterfalls that starts just across the road
Worth a visit
Second stay at the Wheatsheaf and very happy once again. Great location for Wensleydale. Staff are all exceptional. Excellent evening meals and wonderful breakfast. Overall a very enjoyable stay once again.
