Woolbrook Reservoir is a massive set of apartments, each built facing one another in a large circle. Run by Luxury Coastal, the Sidmouth apartments are set inside their own grounds, built inside an old reservoir space. The natural dip allows for apartments set into the side of the space, built so that there is an inner atrium for communal use.
