Lilly Likes – Travel Contributor Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Lilly Likes travel contributor
programme (“Programme”), operated by Lilly Likes (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accepting a travel
opportunity or participating in the Programme, you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to be bound by these
Terms.

2. Programme Overview

Lilly Likes provides selected Participants with access to pre-arranged travel deals (“Trip”) in
exchange for content creation. Lilly Likes will cover the cost of the agreed travel deal only, as
specified in writing. No additional costs are included unless explicitly stated. Participation is
conditional upon fulfilling all content and submission requirements outlined in this Agreement.

3. Participant Obligations

To qualify for any agreed incentives (including spending money), you must provide: a minimum of
300 words written review, at least 20 high-quality photos, and a minimum of 5 minutes of video
footage (submitted as separate clips). Content must be original, high-quality, not misleading or
inappropriate, and reflect the actual experience honestly. All content must be submitted within 14
days of trip completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to meet these requirements may
result in forfeiture of payment and/or removal from the Programme.

4. Payment Terms

A reimbursement of £50 in spending money will be issued after the trip, once all required content has been submitted, reviewed, and approved by Lilly Likes. No upfront payments will be provided. Reimbursement is strictly conditional upon full compliance with these Terms. Lilly Likes reserves the right to withhold reimbursement if the submitted content does not meet the required standards.

5. What IS Included

The cost of the agreed travel deal as specified in writing.

6. What Is NOT Included

Travel insurance, flight or accommodation upgrades, food and drink (unless included in the deal),
local transport, commuting, transfers, personal expenses, and any additional services or add-ons
unless explicitly stated.

7. Travel & Liability Disclaimer

Lilly Likes acts solely as a promoter and affiliate, not as the travel provider. We are not responsible
for travel delays, cancellations, injuries, illness, losses, damages, or issues with third-party
providers. Participants travel at their own risk and are advised to obtain travel insurance.
8. Booking & Changes
Once a travel deal has been approved and accepted, it cannot be changed. Any changes
requested after confirmation are the Participant’s responsibility. Any additional costs, fees,
upgrades, or amendments will not be paid by Lilly Likes.

9. Expenses Policy

Lilly Likes will not reimburse any expenses unless explicitly agreed in writing beforehand, with the exception of the £50 spending money reimbursement outlined above, which is payable after the trip subject to the stated conditions.

10. Content Usage Rights

By participating, you grant Lilly Likes a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to
use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, crop, caption, brand, and adapt your content across
websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising for commercial purposes without
further approval. You confirm you own all rights and have consent from individuals appearing.

11. Non-Performance & Breach

If a Participant fails to deliver required content, Lilly Likes may withhold payment, deny future
participation, or request reimbursement of the cost of the Trip. Low-quality or incomplete content
will be treated as non-performance.

12. Exclusivity & Conduct

Participants must not promote competing travel deals during any agreed campaign period and must
act professionally.

13. Termination

Lilly Likes reserves the right to remove any Participant, cancel participation, or refuse future
collaboration at its discretion.

14. Affiliate Disclosure

Lilly Likes earns commissions through affiliate partnerships. Participation does not create
employment, partnership, or agency relationships.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

16. Amendments

Lilly Likes reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes
acceptance of changes.
