"We booked Broadoaks as my hubby was competing in the Great North Swim and was close by. Room was lovely. Everything you need for an overnight stay and a fabulous shower. We paid for breakfast and were offered a "grab and go" bacon/sausage bun as it was an early start for us. Fantastic. We'll be back next year."
