Spa is fantastic … lovely pool, steam room, sauna & whirlpool, and great massages available. Staff were all super-helpful and cheerful. Setting is lovely put in the countryside but close enough to Chester for sightseeing and restaurants. Bathroom was huge. Just a lovely cozy and well-run hotel in a quiet green area. Already booked again!”

“Excellent location, right opposite Chester Train Station. Pleasant friendly staff. Had a sense of ‘Old World’ luxury. Beautiful decor, paintings, statues. The room and beds ware very comfortable. Little added ‘extras’ such as bath robes, chocolates bars and crisps made it feel special. Didn’t have breakfast as we had to catch an early train. Would definitely recommend and will return if we have the opportunity.”
