“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blatchford Brair; the setting is so wonderfully peaceful and tranquil. The views across the fields are absolutely stunning. The hut we had was well equipped with utensils, a good-sized shower, and a very comfy bed. It is also beautifully furnished. We also used the fire pit to cook our breakfast in the morning. I loved the little extras including the fire wood, hot chocolate maker, marshmallows, and flapjacks. Nearby Tavistock is a delightful little town and close to Dartmoor. I would definitely recommend Blatchford Briar for a couple’s getaway.”

"Reflection was perfect, just what we wanted in a weekend away!! We had a takeaway from the local kebab shop, had food at the Graham Arms and breakfast at the hidden river café - pricey but delicious. It was so peaceful sitting on the decking with a glass of wine listening to the sounds of the river. We will hopefully go back!"

The kitchen had everything you could want and an extra fridge on the top floor was a plus. Two lounges were large and comfortable. The only issue our group had was that a couple of the beds were not very stable or comfortable."
